Unknown: my name is Lauren. i got your number off the mailboxes in the lobby. my ex has me locked in here, please don't call the police yet

You: why don't you want me to call the police?

Unknown: he has a restraining order against him. if the cops show up he'll deny everything and i'll be the one who ends up in trouble. please all i need is for you to open the hallway door so i can get out

You: 4C has been empty since summer. nobody rents that apartment
