Abby: babe

Abby: i'm stuck in the elevator

Peter: what? the one in your building?

Abby: yeah. it just stopped between the 4th and 5th floor. i tried the intercom but there's no signal in here, only whatsapp works

Peter: stay calm, i'll look up the building number and call. are you okay?

Abby: yeah just scared. oh god please someone get me out of here

Peter: i'm calling right now. keep texting me

Abby: the lights are flickering

Peter: no one's picking up. i'll try the elevator emergency number

Abby: babe

Abby: the lights went out

Peter: elevators have backup batteries, they'll come back on in a sec. breathe. i'm still on the phone

Abby: ok. i'm breathing

Abby: hey

Abby: i think i hear breathing

Peter: it's probably yours. when it's quiet and dark you hear it louder, that's normal

Abby: no. this one is slower than mine, and it's coming from my right

Peter: abby did you get in alone?

Abby: yes, but there's someone in here with me

Abby: it doesn't talk. it doesn't move. when i speak to it, it just breathes

Abby: and it's cold. suddenly it's really cold in here

Peter: scream, so someone outside can hear you. make noise

Abby: it touched my hair

Abby: someone just touched my hair!!
